Refund policy

Generally, we do NOT accept returns or refunds. However, we will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to ensure you order what you want, and you are happy with what you receive.

Each purchase is made to order and carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. In the event that your package(s) arrive damaged, please take digital photos of the outside of the box and of the item itself, showing the damage. You can send these photos to: hiddennovelty@yahoo.com. After review, we will immediately replace any damaged component or issue a refund.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ship any returned item unless otherwise agreed upon.
